Follicles are Small

Hi Patricia,

Thank God there is a response from the IVF stimulation medications. My right ovary is still a little sleepy, only 2-3 follicles.

Any ideas on how to wake it up? Please let me know if I owe you an extra consultation fee for all the excellent advice so far.

I am happy to see that you have at least 2 -3 follicles. I have seen plenty of women get pregnant with this.

Are you taking PQQ? This will helped to increase the mitochondria which is the powerhouse of the cell. That might help those follicles grow. You can't your herbs while you are taking this medication. 

Stay away from sugar completely and eat as many dark green vegetables as possible. Kale is especially good. Eat it EVERY Day for now. Eat it twice a day!
